We use your information to provide and improve Fyncora, including generating personalized insights and recommendations.

Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) to protect your data. Your financial information is stored securely with Row Level Security.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with service providers necessary to operate Fyncora (e.g., hosting, payment processing).

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export all your data from the Settings page.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and preferences. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

Support & Diagnostics

When you open a support ticket, we automatically attach a small amount of technical context to help us diagnose the issue: your app version, the current page (with any identifiers removed), your screen size, browser, OS, language, and timezone. We never attach your account balances, transactions, passwords, session tokens, or other personal data.

Attaching recent console logs is strictly opt-in (off by default), and any logs you choose to attach are scrubbed of emails, tokens, and amounts before they reach us. Diagnostic data is removed after a ticket is closed, and any files you attach to a ticket are permanently deleted when you delete your account.
