Partner Terms
Effective 7 October 2026 · Terms of Service
On this page
The short version
- You recommend Fyncora with your own code and link. The people who use them get the offer your partnership carries — usually a longer free trial.
- You earn a commission on what those people pay in their first paid months, excluding VAT. Each payment waits 30 days before you can ask for it.
- You ask for a payout on your Partner page once the minimum is available. We pay by bank transfer (SEPA, in euros).
- You label every post about Fyncora as an advertisement, and you never present Fyncora as financial or investment advice.
- Either side can end the partnership with 30 days' notice. What you earned before the end is still paid.
These Partner Terms are an agreement between you and us about the Fyncora partner programme. They add to the Terms of Service, which still apply to your own Fyncora account, and to the Privacy Policy. You accept them on your Partner page; until you do, your code and link do not work.
Who you are dealing with
The partner programme is run by:
- Fyncora, run by its founder Tomo in Slovenia
- Email: support@fyncora.com
The registered business details (name, address, registration and tax numbers) will be listed here as soon as the business registration is complete.
"We", "us" and "Fyncora" mean this provider. "You" and "partner" mean the person whose Fyncora account holds the partnership.
How you become a partner
We invite partners ourselves. Your partnership, its code and your deal (the commission rate, how many paid months earn it, the offer the people you bring receive, your free account and the smallest payout) are set when we add you, and shown on your Partner page under Your deal. If we change your deal, the change applies to people who sign up after it; people you brought before keep earning under the deal they came with, and their offer stays as it was.
Your code and your link
- Your link is
fyncora.com/r/followed by your code. Your code can also be typed when someone signs up. - A person counts for you if they create a new Fyncora account with your code or link and have not started a trial or a subscription before. One person counts for one partner or one friend's invitation only: a typed code counts before a link, and a newer link before an older one, until they start their trial.
- You cannot earn on yourself or on anyone in your own Fyncora household.
- While your partnership is paused, your code and link bring nobody new; the people you already brought keep earning.
What the people you bring receive
They receive the offer shown on your Partner page — a longer free trial, 50% off their first year, or both. Everything else is the same as for any customer: a card to start the trial, the same prices, the same right to cancel and the same Terms of Service.
Your commission
- You earn the percentage in your deal of every payment a person you brought makes in their first paid months (12 unless your deal says otherwise), counted from the start of the first period they paid for.
- The commission is calculated on the amount actually paid, after any discount and excluding VAT. Payment-processing fees are not deducted.
- Payments made in the Android app through Google Play do not earn commission yet. We will tell you on your Partner page if that changes.
- Each commission is pending for 30 days after the payment, so that a refund can still undo it. After that it is available.
- If a payment is refunded, the matching share of its commission is taken back. If it is disputed, the commission is taken back and returned if the dispute is resolved in our favour. If that happens after you were paid, your available balance can go below zero; it is settled from your next earnings. We never ask you to pay it back.
- Flat fees or fees per views that we agree with you separately are booked as fees on your Partner page and paid out in the same way.
Payouts
- You ask for a payout on your Partner page once your available balance reaches the minimum in your deal (€50 unless your deal says otherwise). One request can be open at a time, and it covers everything available at that moment.
- Before your first payout you give us your payout details: legal name, address, country, whether you are a business or a private person, a tax or VAT number if you have one, and an IBAN. We store the IBAN encrypted.
- We pay by bank transfer in euros, normally within 30 days of your request, and mark the payout paid on your Partner page with the date and the bank reference. If we cannot pay a request (for example because an invoice we need is missing), we tell you why and the amount returns to your available balance.
- At first we can pay only partners who are able to issue an invoice or an equivalent document. If we need an invoice from you, we ask for it before paying.
- Your earnings are your income. You are responsible for declaring them and for any tax or contributions on them, except where the law requires us to withhold tax, in which case we pay you the amount after that withholding and tell you so.
Your own free account
If your deal includes a free account, your Fyncora account is free (Premium Household) as your deal describes: for a number of months, or for life once your first post about Fyncora is published. A free account that depends on a first post ends if nothing is published within 60 days of becoming a partner. It also ends if we end the partnership for cause. If you also pay for a subscription, cancel it — a running subscription keeps billing.
How you promote Fyncora
You must:
- label every post, video or story about Fyncora as an advertisement in the language of the post (for example #ad, #oglas, #Werbung, #reklama) and with the platform's own paid-partnership label where it has one — EU consumer law requires it;
- describe Fyncora truthfully and only with features it has;
- make clear that Fyncora is a budgeting tool, not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and never promise income, savings or returns;
- follow the rules of the platforms and communities where you post.
You must not:
- bid on "Fyncora" or similar words in search or social advertising, or register names or accounts that could be mistaken for Fyncora;
- post your code on coupon, deal or cashback sites, send unsolicited messages, or post links where a community does not allow them;
- create accounts for yourself or others to earn commission, or offer people money or gifts for using your code;
- use our name, logo or screenshots outside your posts about Fyncora, or change them. The material in the partner kit on your Partner page may be used for your posts.
What you see about the people you bring
You see anonymous rows only: a label such as "Member · 7f3a", the date they signed up, whether they are in a trial, paying or no longer subscribed, and the commission they earned you. You never see their name, email address or anything in their account. Do not try to find out who they are.
Ending the partnership
- Either side can end the partnership with 30 days' notice, from your Partner page or by email. Commission on payments made before the end date is still paid out after its 30 days.
- We can end the partnership at once for cause: breaking these terms, misleading posts, or attempts to earn commission unfairly. Commission connected with the breach is not paid, and your free account ends.
- Deleting your Fyncora account ends the partnership. Ask for a payout first: an available balance cannot be paid out once the account is gone, although we keep the records accounting law requires.
Liability
Our liability towards you under these terms is limited to the commission you earned and have not been paid, except where the law does not allow such a limit (intent, gross negligence, injury). We do not guarantee any number of clicks, signups or earnings.
Changes to these terms
We may change these Partner Terms with 30 days' notice by email and on your Partner page. If you do not agree, you can end the partnership before the change takes effect; commission earned until then is paid as before.
Governing law
Slovenian law applies. Courts in Ljubljana have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you a right to your own courts.
